Dr. Alhajlah's academic journey spans top institutions in Saudi Arabia and the US. He holds a Bachelor of Sharia from Imam Mohammed bin Saud Islamic University in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, a Master of Law from the High Institute of Judiciary in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, a Master of Comparative Law (LLM) from California Western School of Law, and a Doctor of Juridical Science (SJD) in Health Law from Widener University Delaware Law School. In 2022, he completed the Senior Executive Leadership Program at Harvard Business School, enhancing his leadership skills for the modern global landscape.
Dr. Alhajlah has played key roles in Saudi Arabia's health and legal sectors, including Vice-President of the Health Sector Transformation Program (HSTP) for Legislation and Legal Affairs and Legal Advisor to the Minister of Health in the High Ministerial Committee on the Treatment of the Corona Pandemic. In 2023, he founded MTH & Partners, prioritizing Health Law, Governance, Legislation, and Compliance.
Dr. Alhajlah's influence extends beyond his direct professional roles. He has been a member of numerous high-level committees, including the Steering Committee for Developing the Health Sector Strategy in Saudi Arabia and the Ministerial Committee for drafting and developing a proposal to transform the institution of the King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Center. His active participation in these committees testifies to his commitment to advancing the health sector.
